Future Needs Process
All members have the opportunity to drive product and service direction through our online Future Needs process. This process allows our members to submit their product, feature and system suggestions; have them reviewed (edited and expanded when similar requests are being made) by the appropriate Committee Chair and Liaison; prioritized by a vote of all voting members of record; and analyzed and added to Avaya, Inc.'s product development process. This process works and can make your individual ideas for improvement in products or applications a tangible reality for all users.

Industry Contacts
The International Alliance of Avaya Users offers direct access to Avaya, Inc. and their BusinessPartners executives and product developers as well as an opportunity to network and exchange information with peers in our profession from around the world.

Through our Online Job Postings you are able to announce openings or submit a search for personnel immediately to the entire membership of InAAU.

Membership & Configuration Directories
These online directories are more than just a listing of names, addresses and telephone numbers; combined, they are useful reference tools to solve a problem or get more information from other users when considering a new equipment purchase. Updated on a daily basis, these directories feature an alphabetical listing of members by company, state, and location, but also include equipment, applications and industry cross-reference.

Continuing Education
Stay informed and discover new solutions at our annual conference. You'll have direct access to Avaya executives and product developers as well as an opportunity to network and exchange views with peers from around the world.

Publications chock full of information are also available to our members. They include:

Process
This process is a convenient way to submit product feature and system suggestions to Avaya's product development process. You will have direct participation with Avaya and specific committees in product line and service development, marketing and presentation.

Professional Growth
All members are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the Users Group's special committees, where you'll have an integral role in influencing Avaya Inc.'s product and service direction.

Voting Privileges
Each member company and its member of record have full voting privileges, allowing you to help shape the course of the organization.

The International Alliance of Avaya Users, Inc. is an independent, self-funded user group. We are unique in many ways and what is most important is the tremendous value we bring to you as a member.

For a small fee of only $250 a year per member company, you gain the value of a customer advocacy group who focuses on protecting your investment in Avaya products and services through education, networking with peers and driving product and service direction. How InAAU is Funded?

International Alliance of Avaya Users, Inc. (InAAU) is a not for profit corporation, incorporated in the state of Illinois for educational and professional purposes, focusing on the provision of education and information to users of information systems known as Avaya Inc. products and services.

The company is primarily funded through the collection of an annual membership fee and the net proceeds from hosting several conferences each year. Since InAAU is a not for profit organization, all net proceeds are retained within the company. The proceeds are used for the future benefit of all the members and to cover any and all future conference liabilities and other expenses.

Our Mission

The International Alliance of Avaya Users mission is to be the user group for customers of Avaya products and services. Through our business partnership with Avaya, Inc. and their Business Partner organizations, we influence product, service, and policy direction for the benefit of the membership. We share value-added global business communications solutions with the membership through open communications forums.
