GLOBAL SERVICES
Description
We strive to improve service to all. The goals are to track new web base tools, improve clearance times at the TSO, improve service opportunities, and try to improve the quality of trouble reports provided by us to the TSO.
The mission of the Global Services Committee is to represent our members, generate awareness and influence the development or modification of service offerings based on our requirements. We work closely with Avaya's Global Services departments covering professional services, product support and managed services requirements obtaining insight on new services and providing feedback on a monthly basis.
