Maintenance and Billing
Description
The Maintenance & Billing Committee is organized to support Avaya customers with Billing and Maintenance challenges. We also provide a forum to share ideas from members who are maintaining their own telephony solution, and to assist customers who want to learn more about how to do so.
The committee will channel the views and ideas of our members to drive changes in Avaya practices, and procedures and act as an advocate for our members on maintenance and billing issues.

The Maintenance, Self-Maintenance & Billing Committee interfaces with Avaya's Global Services Delivery organization; and Avaya Authorized Business Partners to increase awareness, improve offers, resolve challenges and increase capabilities for all of Avaya's users.
