Committees play an integral role in influencing Avaya's products and services. Our committees manage:

  • Future Needs process - your voice in our partnership with Avaya Communication
  • Our direct relationship with Avaya product teams
  • Promote topical conference tracks

The InAAU Committees
Business Continuity, Security, and Compliance Committee The Business Continuity, Security, and Compliance committee is comprised of members who ensure continuous communications to keep their business operating optimally before, during and after an unforeseen event while managing the risk to information assets as well as helping to meet specific industry security compliance standards. We will work closely with Avaya to gain insight on new and existing services and provide feedback on a monthly basis.
Contact Center Committee This popular committee is focused on helping you maximize your company's hardware, software, and human resources to improve call center performance in today's complicated environment. We work directly with Avaya Product Managers to provide your input on the future direction of Call Center products and services. Converged Networks Committee Networks continue to change driven by the needs and demands of business applications. It becomes imperative that technology is implemented that can satisfy today's demands and yet scalable enough to meet the growing needs of the enterprise for tomorrow. The Converged Networks Committee focuses on the entire suite of Avaya Data products and their place in a converged network infrastructure.
Enterprise Core Communications Committee Our committee solicits membership input for future product development and value added enhancements for upcoming product releases. In addition, the committee acts as a sounding board so that the interests and concerns of our membership are heard and addressed by Avaya, Inc.

The Enterprise Core Communications Committee offers a host of technical information and solution based concepts as it applies to your enterprise.
Global Services Committee The mission of the Global Services Committee is to represent our members, generate awareness and influence the development or modification of service offerings based on our requirements. We work closely with Avaya's Global Services departments covering professional services, product support and managed services requirements obtaining insight on new services and providing feedback on a monthly basis.
Maintenance and Billing Committee The Maintenance, Self-Maintenance & Billing Committee interfaces with Avaya's Global Services Delivery organization; and Avaya Authorized Business Partners to increase awareness, improve offers, resolve challenges and increase capabilities for all of Avaya's users.
Messaging Committee The Messaging committee is comprised of InAAU member customers supporting Avaya multimedia messaging and unified communication systems. Committee members meet monthly with Avaya liaisons to share interests and concerns on behalf of InAAU members on the direction and support of messaging and unified communication products and solutions.
Professional Development & Training Committee The Professional Development and Training committee focuses on the educational needs of the InAAU membership. The committee works to provide the members educational opportunities and resources.
System Management Tools The System Management Tools Committee focuses on Avaya products designed to streamline the provisioning and administration of IT and telephony services based on converging business requirements. The central offering in this family of Avaya products is Avaya System Management Tools.
