Some of the facets at this year’s conference available to you are…

• General Sessions on Monday and Tuesday where Avaya’s executives will discuss their position in the market place and how Avaya is doing on their journey to lead the industry by creating technology value.
• Over 200 breakout sessions will be available to you covering a variety of topics and solutions. Again this year, kiosks will be available where you can build your personal agenda and download your favorite handouts.  Please bring your flash drive as no printing will be available onsite.
• InAAU Professional Development Certificate Program — InAAU is again offering a certificate for those who have completed a minimum of six hours of training sessions at the 2010 International Conference. The certificate is available for InAAU members, Avaya and Avaya Partner associates.
• Network at the Avaya Customer Appreciation Event on Monday, April 19, 2010. A can’t miss event every year!
