Conference Rates

 EARLYBIRD RATE (December 1, 2009 – March 12, 2010)

  • $950 - Individual Rate

We know that, for many attendees, finding the lowest possible hotel rate is very important and we are aware that attendees have access to a large number of housing options in the Denver area. HOWEVER, before you book your housing for the 2010 Annual Meeting, we want to mention the following:

  • InAAU continues to make every effort to keep costs at a minimum for all attendees at the InAAU Annual Meeting. One way this is done is to make a financial commitment, known as attrition, to the host hotels.
  • Attrition fees are not new. Conferences and hotels have charged them for many years. Attrition fees are applied when a conference group can not fill 80% of the contracted number of rooms. Good conference sites are in high demand and groups like InAAU contract with hotels 3 – 4 years in advance of an event to ensure that a large enough venue can be secured to fulfill historical demand for hotel rooms. Attrition fees are compensation to the hotel for the rooms that might have been sold by the hotel had they not been held in reserve for our event.
  • Attrition has been an issue for many years. Recent, substantial changes in the convention industry business environment have made filling specific hotel rooms difficult. Due to various economic factors and the law of supply and demand, it has become difficult for event organizers to meet contract obligations. Denver, in the present economic climate, is a true example of the risk the event organizers are undertaking due to the high supply of alternate sleeping room options. We hope that by explaining the crucial role our attendees play in the success of the event, our attendees will appreciate the need to support the main hotel site.
  • InAAU greatly appreciates your support. Sustaining a healthy financial future for our organization will ensure that our attendees will have a quality, special event that will be remembered for years to come. We are planning a spectacular and unique experience for the 2010 Annual Conference and we hope that you will not only join us but that you will support us by staying at the spectacular host hotels.  Special rates are only available until March 25th, or until the hotel is sold out.

CONFERENCE RATE (March 13, 2010 – April 14, 2010)

  • $1150 – Individual Rate (without conference hotel reservation)

ONSITE RATE (April 18 – 22, 2010)

  • $1350 – Individual Rate

Other
  • $ 600 – One Day Only pass (includes meals)

Guest Pass- For members Only - you may bring one guest to the InAAU Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday Avaya Customer Appreciation Event and the Tuesday Reception

  • $150
